“Delay in getting tires.”

About a month ago, I've ordered a set of tires, but for some reasons the parcel never got to me. Throughout this time I've exchanged emails with Tredz Customer service team. I had to wait for 20 working days before the initial parcel was declared lost, but after that a new set of tires was sent to me.
Thanks again to everyone involved.
