This agency was a lifesaver! I made the mistake of traveling to Cameroon from Little Rock, Arkansas on three different tickets and once I got to Paris, I had nothing but problems with the third airline because I missed my connection going and they would not even honor my ticket on the return. I was in Africa trying to enjoy my trip, having to deal with an airline that was determined to spoil it! I ended up losing over $2000.00 with an airline that refused to honor my ticket and faced much difficulty reaching my travel agents by phone and email to straighten out the mess!

Then I was blessed to find ASAP tickets! The agents worked hard with me for almost one week, talking to me by skype, and working diligently with me to secure my travel home. I was able to use my credit card to purchase a one way ticket home! The fare was also much cheaper then the ticket I purchased from that terrible other airline four months in advance! I will never travel abroad again through any other agency except for ASAPtickets!
