“Bloomin Terrible”

I ordered flowers 25th April 2013 - only to be emailed later that night they couldn't be delivered because of a supplier problem.

I sent them an email informing them that they were not very professional- they did inform me that I would have my money back into my account within 3/4 days - now 14th May STILL WAITING...........................
