“Will remove hair, but results are not worth time & price”

I purchased the Qstick through a living social deal. I usually wax or pluck to remove unwanted upper lip hairs. I decided to give this a try because of how time consuming plucking each individual hair can be, and waxing can irritate my skin if done too often. However, I did not get the desired or advertised results with this product. First, the Qstick does grab the hair but I am not sure that it is actaully ripping the hair out from the root. Rather, I think a lot of the hairs are just being "cut". Also, using this product IS NOT painless as some of the reviews would suggest. It hurts more than plucking and way more than waxing.

I personally will not use the product again. It does work to some degree, but other hair removal methods are preferrable. For me, anyway.
