In the end my wife and I enjoyed the overall show that was BEYONCE. We had seats in row r in block 103 and had a good view of the stage and the artist. Our tickets that we bought included VIP which was badly or rather inadequately described. VIP consisted nothing more than a bar where you could join the same size queue as the main bars around the hall and stand in an overcrowded space as the seating was totally inadequate. After queuing for about 15 minutes we were served and then left in 10 minutes as the VIP service was rubbish.
we paid in total over £700 including over £100 in fees to Seatwave. Sooner or later this whole practise of selling tickets at grossly inflated prices through a third party will come to and end when the office of fair trading puts it under a spotlight.

If the VIP service had been properly described then we may not have proceeded to purchase the tickets.
