I placed my order, sent them my money by bank transfer as requested. My wife waited in all day but they never arrived. Called to find out what had happened but they said my money didn't land in their bank. They offered no help whatsoever, we had to do all the running. 24 hours later I've now proved they had the money, but they said the amount was out by one penny, and that's what has caused the problem, but I paid what they asked for to the account they said.
There has been zero customer service here, they do not behave like a customer focused company, and now that they have found my money they are doing very little to help me, and I'm flying out in less than 24 hours. I have suggested that i pick up the money from their gatwick branch, but even this appears to be an issue.
Not at all impressed, these are big guys, they need to start behaving like it..... customer is king!!
