“Poor quality bearings, poor quality axle, poor everything”

After being sent the wrong quantity of bearings (short by half), after inspection showed they were all pitted!! What is going on here? Sold as weldtites but clearly not. Replacements were promised but are still AWOL long after delivery was promised.
The axel for a shimano hub arrived also arrived damaged with the cone cover bashed and off centre.
The person on the phone answers like some disgruntled teenager and couldn't care that I'm now stuck without parts and missing a weekend away group ride. Pathetic, steer well clear, plenty of better service available elsewhere.
