I have suffered from anxiety and worry for 18 months it comes and goes but this book i read by helen kennerly real helps you too understand panic disorders and how to control them ill give u a simple example understand the cycle of anxiety and dont deny you have it.
that will trigger it off worse.
deal with what you have and practice the relaxation techniques its practice but once you master the way to stop worrying and anxiety is to read the book i promise it works
