“Still Waiting For EL Ticket”

Bought one ticket last Saturday for EL Final, no sign of anyone posting the ticket to me so contacted Viagogo on Wednesday to be told there was a problem. They were very polite and offered me some new ones, which I accepted. Since then they have been sitting in Pending, rang twice to be told don't worry they are being sent from Austria and then second time from Holland, they will be with me by Friday, but tonight still had no email and they are still sitting in pending.

If try are not here by Monday then I'm stuck, flights and hotel already paid for, no match ticket.

Rang again today, Friday morning, to be told that it's being dealt with, Seller has been contacted, no detals of what that contact was. Some suggestion Seller was having a problem with UPS.

Asked for gaurantee ticket would be sent today, not forthcoming, asked for a full refund, told that could only happen after the event. So i have to miss the event to get my money back.

Asked to speak to someone who could resolve the issue, told they would get someone to ring me within 24 hours. Pressed on when this would be and was changed to within 48 hours.

So three working days before game and no ticket, no one that can tell me when the ticket can be sent and 48 hours to wait till i can speak to someone in some sort of authority. Trust me I will be ringing at the end of today and twice a day till this is sorted.
