I had ordered a T-shirt that my son wanted, received it on time (We live in the States), the t-shirt looked beautiful, but it was too tight for my son. I promptly emailed T Shirt Subway customer service to explain our problem. Customer service called back to explain that the shirt we ordered was the largest they had and that they would refund us our money. I thanked them for understanding and asked how I was to return the T-shirt. Then to my surprise T Shirt Subway told me to keep it with their compliments! Now THAT doesn't happen much in this world today! Dealing with T Shirt Subway has restored my faith in Customer Service! I would REALLY recommend them again and again. Thank you again T Shirt Subway!!
