Used this company to recycle my phone sent it in but it took royal mail like 4 days to get my pack delivered so i wasn't happy with that. Anyhow i got the email in my junk mail to say they received my handset and the price.
I logged on my account and accepted the amount. Then i got another email 2 days after advising of their length of time for payment of 3-10 working days. Well i did get it within that time but i did feel it could've been quicker!
I would use them again as it wasn't a hassle or anything i did get updated accordingly
