“Terrible service and very very very slow delivery time.”

Dreadful service. Item received well over a month after ordering. I made contact with Wheelies using the online form twice (didn't receive a reply the first time). I was then lied to twice:

1) The second time i contacted Wheelies by email (after about 2-3 weeks of waiting for the item to arrive) i was told that they would be dispatched that day as they were in stock.

2) One week later i phoned Wheelies to see why my order had still not arrived. I was told very quickly that it must have gone missing in the post and another would be sent out immediately, which i should receive in 1-2 days.

Finally, a week later i phoned yet again. This time i was told that the items were dispatched two days previously and that they would be with me shortly. The lady i spoke to said she had no idea why i had been told the two previous lies as there was no record of a previous dispatch. My items did finally arrive another 2 days after this phonecall.

Whilst the items were good value, and actually the people i spoke to were very friendly, that doesn't really make up for the general incompetence that i experienced throughout this process.
