“Complimentary drinks”

During the booking we were told that there would be complimentary glasses of champagne waiting for us in our room upon arrival, however this was not the case. We phoned down to reception, and they said that was an issue we had to take up with KPX. However the main thing was the holiday, and all in all we had a wonderful time.
