the agent was very helpful to me throughout my enquiries...
though i find a bit pressure on my side as i dont want the agent to be upset as he id doing his job as much ad he can.
but then , if we can find ways when we are dealing with customer, it will be more appreciate if you can give more time for clients to pause for a whilst for them to decide. it is understood that there is nothing to do eith the agent about the fly , but if the agent will be opened for all availables flight that they can choose depends on the preferred schedule of flying.
