After using Virgin Broadband for almost four years I'm happy to say I'm leaving and want to try other providers. I'm on
120MB and can't manage to watch a movie on Netflix without it stopping like 10 times. Talking about Youtube, you will be lucky to watch the whole clip without it buffering mid way through. Internet browsing is just so slow dont know how to describe it.Their customer service in India is so pathetic, all the countless times I've been in touch they try to take control of my computer and I have always told them, NO! Now that I have cancelled my Contract, I've been getting calls trying to hook me on a 12 months contract for £25 a month, and I'm not falling for it. Enough is enough.
