I specifically asked you now to despatch this bike until Monday. I am afraid that it appears that you have not read my message. In my experience in business I have learnt that it is important to listen to what customers require.
This is disappointing and will cause significant inconvenience. Should you require a copy of the email that I received from you that stated that you would delay despatch, please do not hesitate to contact me.
