“If I've ever been unhappy with the wine I get a refund”

Virgin wines do a good job. I've spent thousands with them over the years and, despite a horrible blip when they used yodel to deliver, I've found them brilliant to deal with. They get some very good wines as excellent prices and they know their stuff. They'll get a consignment of wine at a good price, offer it out by the case and the rule is if you don't like it they'll take the bottles you've not drunk and refund you. Can't say better than that.
