“AquaPride Rip Off - Avoid”

I ordered and paid for a swimcap from AquaPride in February 2013. It is now May 2013 and still no cap and they still have my money and they will not respond to my phone calls, text messages or emails.

After making my order I didn't receive my swim cap after 3 weeks so I contacted Aquapride and they informed me that the cap was out of stock and they would process a refund within 24 hours. Long story short - two months later and no money has been returned by Aquapride. Aquapride is impossible to contact. They have a mobile number to which you can text. I have been texting for two weeks straight, daily and still no response. I've also emailed again no response. I called the number on Tthe website - no one answers, all you can do is leave a message which I did but still no response.

I am really disappointed and frustrated. Not only have Aquapride taken my money they don't have the decency to respond to me.

I've rated them 1 star because I had to. They deserve no stars. I do not recommend Aquapride. It seems to be a rip-off.
