“Excellent Customer Service”

My wife decided to make her own Roman Blinds. We searched the Internet for kit suppliers. We decided to ignore non-tax paying American corporations and chose a UK based supplier - Terrys Fabrics. We have now received eight kits and have been delighted with the product, the customer attention and the delivery period. Unfortunately, one of the kits was missing a part that Terrys Fabrics tried to resolve with their supplier. When this failed, Terrys Fabrics supplied a new kit free of charge. This was excellent customer service and confirmed my decision to go to Terrys Fabrics in the first place. I have no hesitation in recommending this company.
