“At Your Own Risk”

Sent an iPhone 3GS as was tempted by the high offer. Received a counter offer some £30 lower than the origiall offer stating that the phone had unacceptable wear and tear on the case, this even though the phone had been protected in a silicone case since new! The phone was in excellent condition so we rejected the offer and requested the phone be returned, which it was. We ended up selling it through O2 who made a great offer, and were much more trustworthy. Don't make the same mistake and be tempted by a high offer, if it seems too good to be true, it probably is! I wonder how many people just accept the offer for convenience? Proceed at your own risk!
