“Worst customer service. They were rude and horrible....”

We hired this company for our wedding day to pick up 24 people. The guy who handled my case forced me to pay £75 extra for changing the time 15mins earlier. Through out the whole process there was no confirmation, very lazy service and he was the most rude and patronising person to deal with throughout.
On the day of the wedding. The bus was 15mins late. So i was on the phone with him, he did not apologize at all, and when i asked him "so it is okay for the bus to be 15mins late and the customer is responsible to pay £75 for the delay?! "
He said:"yes. There is nothing i can do"
Eventually we were disappointed with routemastersforhire.
Hope everyone avoid this company, and definitely avoid dealing with the worst person in the service industry.
