I was informed that my delivery was on the 29th by email and text, I waited in all day and yet nothing arrived. I have tried to contact their customer service but everytime I try I am put on hold for over 20 mins and then just give up. Do not buy from ikea online shop unless you like to be messed around and have your days wasted.
