Phoned Direct Office Supply on Wednesday morning and spoke with a salesman. He answered my questions about which office chair to buy and took my order over the phone. The chair was here (with free delivery) at 4.00 pm on Thursday - delivered directly by the supplier. Great service!
There was a problem with the chair and I notified Direct Office Supply on Friday morning. I did have a problem getting through, but my call was eventually answered. They understood the problem, contacted the supplier who delivered a replacement part on Monday afternoon & now all is well. Annoying, but not Direct Office Supply's fault.
They have done everything possible to help and I will use them again.
