I applied for mortgage with west brom looking at the products they had. Its been good few weeks now, when asked for update, all I get is that their team is behind schedule and my papers would be looked at next week. Also they have asked for the documents I have already submitted again, which is very strange and shows that they are unorganised.

They charged me hefty completion fee at the time of application itself rather than at the time of completion. They also delayed my valuation.

Overall poor service and would not suggest people to apply mortgage with them.
