I have only good things to say about snug. I think their products are top quality, they were very flexible with delivery and if you are looking for any of their range of products I would recommend them. However, make sure you try before you buy. Make sure that Memory foam in particular is for you because it can go either way. I had to take my mattress cover off a week after it was delivered because memory foam does not help me sleep. My mum bought the same one however and raves about it... sad for me but good for her.
