“Disgusting 'customer service' stuck up and...”

I recently purchased a babygro as a gift from a Joules store in Salisbury- now I don't know about you but at £18.95 it was quite a lot for what it was to start with. I then purchased the co-ordinating hat online THE SAME AFTERNOON. 10 DAYS LATER the hat has not been delivered!!! Customer services were beyond rude over the phone and this overpriced gift is now redundant as the co-ordinating part has not arrived.
I am so upset with Joules and have send another email to them. I imagine I'll get an upsetting and snotty response- there member of staff on the phone refused to speak to me!
Overall I would rather put money into somewhere like the white company or Jojomammanbebe for future expensive baby buys, Joules is so far up its own backside they're blind to their own outrageous customer service!!!!
