“Got the date wrong!”

The car company were generally helpful when I phoned up to book.

However, I did not receive a confirmation email and when I phoned up to check that the car was coming,it turned out that they had booked for the following day! This obviously caused a lot of inconvenience (as was about midnight) and meant my fiancee and her sister had to get the Gatwick express instead.
