“An uneven experience”

This is a compilation of comments made directly to Easirent and the broker Holiday Autos UK online on April 28, 2013

"I got a great car in mint condition on April 18 at Luton although I found an empty Rubicon mango can under the front passenger seat. U run a low cost (trusting) company as there was no employee to checkin the car on return. Just gave the car keys to an Airparks employee. Cant understand 'return tank empty' policy cos who risks messing up diesel injectors if running fuel empty so surmise u always get a few litres of gas free. Miffed that i was asked by u for excess payment as I had already paid total damage excess to Holiday Autos UK Regards PS Will make same comment to them".

I didnt read carefully enough the location of the Luton car hire centre as i had been going to the main airport car hire centre for ages. So I lost some time. You could probably emphasize location on voucher or via popup screen onilne when booking.
