Very poor service for a well recognized brand. I ordered a 300 quid watch and paid £10 extra for a specific delivery slot for my anniversary and premium gift wrapping.
Suffice to say that order arrived two days late, the premium gift wrapping was mediocre (a 2 year old could do better) and what is worse, customer services did not refund me for my additional delivery charge even after confirming it was delivered late. Shop at your own peril.
