“wrong item”

After a long search I found the jersey I wanted on the site of Miss Selfridge. After a few days I received a packet with an incorrect order. after contact email I could send it back. However, the sweater in my size was not available for sale. I got my money back without shipping. Sending and receiving cost me 15 euros. I had also lost the shipping to miss selfridge. Acknowledgment of transmission I could get 10% discount if I ordered something again! I did not want this, then they have given no answer! Bad policy, I can hardly send something without paying. I never buy anything more from them,
