“service and reliability terrible”

I have had this boiler for 5 years - it breaks down every year and the only contact number is 0843 with at least 10 minutes wait for a reply.

This year I have called Ferroli service 5 times and still no engineer has been.

DO NOT BUY ANY FERROLI PRODUCTS is my advice
