“Stay away from this fraudulent arrogant terrible company ”

I recently purchased a city break wowcher to fly to Madrid for 3 nights with kpx travel. In the terms and conditions certain dates are not available which is acceptable, but pretty much any date I chose was also unavailable. When I finally did choose a date, I was told the hotel that is part of the wowcher deal is not available. To my disappointment I seem no other choice but to book because of how busy a schedule I have and I did not want to lose my money. Many additional charges were added on to this deal afterwards making this cheap break quite an expensive one.
Communication with this company was very scarce and I became very anxious about whether I'd investing money in a backstreet travel agent with nothing to offer me. I immediately wrote to wowcher of my disappointment in the company they have provided me. I had reason to believe that a company like wowcher who has held a good name to me until now would also choose to use other company's held on such high regard. I was very wrong. Wowcher have said no refund can be redeemed on a used wowcher. This was fair enough in their terms and conditions policy.
I booked this holiday 6 days ago and was told I would receive confirmation within two days. Obviously to my dismay at still not receiving any confirmation, I called up kpx travel and asked for confirmation to be sent. I was told that this confirmation can only be given during normal working hours which is acceptable. I told them that I would like to be called back in working hours to be sent the confirmation to a holiday that I paid for 6 days ago. The reply was that this was not possible and I would have to call a premium number again tomorrow for them to deal with my claim. I was not happy with this and asked to speak to a member of management and was told no one is available. I asked the caller their name, I informed him that he was actually the person who took details of this holiday and confirmed it. I explained to him that I have paid money and have no confirmation of anything and how Im appalled at this. He then asked my name and I refused to give it. He then told me I'm being rude. I said I'm not being rude, I've asked to be given confirmation for a holiday that I paid for nearly one week ago from a company that I don't trust . He then asked my name again and I refused. At this point to my complete amazement, he then came out and started calling me a liar repeatedly.
This company is the worst I have ever dealt with and the behaviour of their staff is out of this world. I wouldn't reccomend such a company to my worse enemy. Their behaviour is totally unacceptable and have a complete lack of customer welfare. I will do my utmost to make sure no other innocent person has to become a victim of such disgraceful behaviour
