The x-poles they offer are amazing--best on the market, but the customer service at Vertical Leisure (the UK supplier of X-pole) is really terrible. It took me over six weeks to get the correct parts sent to me and over £21 in shipping charges. I had over fifteen emails with customer service and three phone calls to sort out something that should have been simple. When I was sent yet another shipping invoice (for replacements for the wrong items--which I also paid to ship back), I called to complain. Abbi, who I had dealt with in email form, interrupted me three times (and in no way, was I yelling or being rude) as I was trying to state my problem. I hope another company comes onto the market with an equally brilliant or superior pole because I never want to deal with this company again. So bad.
