“Good merchandise, shame about the company!”

On one occasion I returned items but they did not accept bar code as proof of this. For the next time I had occasion to return an item I luckily had the foresight to get an independent witness for the return. Therefore when once more Bonprix denied receipt of my return I was able to make reference to my witness. Then they found the items though it took some time to 'process' a refund. I get the impression emails from customers are seen as a source of amusement and if anyone challenges this they resort to bullying. I am a 59 year old 'shopaholic' and have never encountered such an awful organisation. Unfortunately they sell some good products.
