“Clean Up your Act !”

I signed onto Jacquie Lawson Last Xmas. Things were going fine for me. However several cards were not being picked up because people could not download them. Then a friend told me that the site caused so much havoc to his computer that it took him 2 hours to get rid of it. Since then I have had nothing but problems myself. I can not receive or send cards out. I have paid for a 2 year subscription. I ended up having to take my computer to Staples, which cost me $69.00 just to get back to normal.
What's going on? I also have received e-mails telling me that I need Adobe Flash, which I have downloaded 3 times. Still no progress with Jacquie Lawson. I am telling my credit card company not to allow any charges from Jacquie Lawson in the future.
