“Very Poor Customer Service”

Just cannot get any body to call me back. Premium rates for calls and 6 minutes on hold, to call customer services.
Cancelling a policy is just not economic.
Excellent at sales
Appalling at customer service.
You somehow know you're being tricked by premium rate call charges.

They offer cheap rates but just don't deliver aftersales.

Need to change policies to stay in business long term.

Will never use again
