LG WM2455HW

It stinks, literally! Water gets trapped on a rubber piece & will get moldy! I was told to keep the door open after every use, that doesn't help. Now I have brown slime on my clothes from the last wash. I need to now go through a full Hot wash cycle to clean the pipes or something. Then I will rewash the slimy clothes. This has happened 3 times in the last 2 years (since purchase). I do not recommend this washer. I think it looks nice but that is it.

Nice display, attractive design, nice chymes, tons of wash options, quiet, efficient,large capacity. the pair dryer comes with it is fantastic.You will love it when it's new.

Not very reliable, expensive, very fancy so more chance of things going wrong. i am a believer in simplicity. for stains of all kinds, you need spot treatment or your clothes will come out of the washer with stains still on em. You can fit many clothes but i would advise against doing that because i have a burning smell even when i fill it to 90 percent capacity.

LG WM2455HW is the best of the best as long as it works. Pair dryer to the washer is excellent. If you're looking for a machine to work for a decade, stop wasting your time by reading the rest of the review. It is not for you.

LG repair person showed up 2 days after initial call, looked at our LG WM2455HW washer for 1 sescond said it needed a new control board and would be back in 2 days (Seems LG repair personnel do NOT have any parts on their trucks). Called customer service when repair person was not coming during scheduled time and was informed he cancelled the appointment bc the wrong detergent was baing used. Had another company start repairs and 3 days later they replaced control board that causes 99% of lost power. Washer was one of few the 2 boards were fried. Still waiting for 2nd baord after 2 no show appointments. Recommend you NEVER buy a LG washer - 2 weeks out and still no washer (when board goes out the machine will not even turn on)!
