“Pleased with the positive experience”

I've only ordered twice from Boohoo.com. The first time I was happy with the item, so I didn't have to deal with returns/customer service etc. The item arrived very quickly too. The second time (more recently) I placed an order for three items. Again, the items arrived within 36 hours. This time, however, the fit wasn't right so I meant to return the items. However, life got in the way and I only remembered on the last day my returns would have been accepted and that was a Saturday. I still crossed my fingers and posted the items anyway. I looked up reviews to see if they were lenient or strict with their returns policy. And I didn't like what I read - I was sure I wouldn't be getting my money back. Also, I'd come home after posting the parcel to discover that one of the tags had accidentally come off the pair of jeans and was lying in my spare room. So, definitely goodbye to my ££ I thought.

However, I'm glad to say I was WRONG. The returns were processed promptly and I got my money back in less than a week of posting the items. So I have to say, I am truly pleased with Boohoo.com, especially as I was at fault for not returning the items sooner.

I have taken a star off this review for two reasons: One, the returns period is very short. It is 14 days from the day of dispatch, not the date of delivery. And two, the quality of two of the three items I ordered this time wasn't that great. Still, I guess you get what you pay for. You couldn't ask more of a £10 pair of jeans.

To sum up, I am very pleased with their customer service. They also replied promptly to my queries on Twitter. As for the clothes, I've been pleased with the quality of 50% of the items, so I will consider ordering again.
