“Excellent Service”

We needed a shower pump to replace one (from another supplier) which had failed. Despite the fact that I phoned up an hour after the cut-off for despatches the man I spoke to on the phone managed to get it out that night for next day delivery.

Unfortunately, through no fault of Bella's, Parcelforce failed to deliver next day. The following day Bella went the extra mile to track the delivery down and arranged for the Parcelforce driver to call us to make sure it was delivered. We now have a shower for the weekend! Very impressed with the service.
