“I wish I'd read the reviews before ordering”

Dreadful service - they failed to deliver my fathers birthday present, claimed no-one was in for delivery (despite both my parents and the warden in their warden assisted accommodation all being in, plus neighbours in the complex), didn't even a knowledge my complaint, then delivered the gift late with the contents smashed. They have yet to reply to any of my emails, won't answer the phone and the option to leave a message online doesn't work. A dreadful, dreadful outfit. There are hundreds of suppliers, don't use these people. Ever.
