“I didn't realize what was wrong until this put it right”

written by nicreviews on 19/04/2013

I'm a 20 year old female and I swapped to Multibionta from my usual generic multivitamin when I started yet another course of antibiotics. This is fantastic; not only does it prevent thrush from being on several strong antibiotics, my hearing and vision also got better once I started taking these. There's just the right amount of things you can overdose on so that if you already have a balanced diet you won't get ill from vitamin over load. My hair and nails grow faster whilst I'm taking this, presumably from the Biotin and Folic acid content. Overall I notice steadier and smoother hormonal changes and energy levels whilst taking these (I have Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome; no insulin level or overweight issues, plenty of hormonal imbalance). They're fairly expensive at £6, but Asda does a deal where you can get 3 different vitamins for £10, so it works out affordable enough if you can get that deal. The packaging is very informative and simple enough - I'd like to get more tablets in a pack but they're very high quality so I can understand the additional cost compared to a more generic brand. Overall these are a fantastic aid to a good diet and healthy life style.
