“Very poor customer service”

Order a golf bag and got a different one. Emailed them about mistake but had no response. Called them and they said a new bag will be posted and exchanged. That didn't happen. Called them again, they said they will check and call back but never did. Called them again (took me 6 different tries to get through to them), guy on the phone offered no apologies or explanation. going to get a refund now.
