“Claim free loyal customers penalised ”

I've had home insurance with Churchills for 3 years without claim.
Despite my loyalty plus having car insurance with them, my renewal schedule was more than double it was last year!! I went on the internet to compare prices and discovered to take out the same exact policy with Churchills but as a new customer it was almost £300 cheaper........
