“Top Customer Service”

I ordered the Suunto Vector with HR. Unfortunately my iPhone managed to auto fill all the wrong address. Luckily for me the guys at Sporting Time emailed me a copy of the posting label to let me know it was on the way. I emailed them to let them know it was the wrong address but it was too late. The Customer Rep at Sporting Time tried to get the package back but no joy. He did however keep track of the whole thing until low and behold the package arrived safely thanks to Royal Mail. Top job in all by Sporting Time and I will definitely be using them again.
