“tickets were invalid!”

Went to see One Direction last night in Birmingham with a friend and our 2 daughters who received the tickets from Father Christmas. After getting in and seated another lady and child came to sit in our seats. Security were called after we realized we had the same e-tickets. After spending over half an hour waiting and missing the concert we were told that our tickets were no longer valid. In order to stay we had to purchase new tickets, not having that money with us we had to call someone. Its bad enough that we had to pay double face value to GET ME IN! for the tickets but we had to buy them again. GET ME IN! I thought buying from a TICKETMASTER company meant it would have been safe, how wrong was I. Today we have two heartbroken little girls that had their christmas ruined, the concert was stressful and there was tears from all 4 of us. I would never use GET ME IN! again.
