“Customer service bad ”

I purchased a VPS from Fasthosts on a 3 month intro deal and tied in for a year - no problems as understood . After 3 months the VPS was not working as it should I was receiving daily server messages highlighting server issues - So much so I lost confidence in the VPS & moved to another server company . I contacted Fasthosts not even asking for my monies back but a cancellation penalty - I might as well have been talking to a brick wall , No I had to run the contract for 12 months - the server has nothing on it and im paying £100 a month for the privilege. I still use Fasthosts for registering domains though will NEVER purchase any other services from them
