“Just a normal smoking red wine drinking 40 something”

I bought the Dr Georges teeth whitening system ,a couple of years ago, and used it then. I didn't notice a huge difference but about 4 sessions in, I bumped into a mate in town, who actually said - 'have you had your teeth whitened'. Even my partner was amazed as neither of us had noticed a significant difference.

My teeth are quite straight and quite nice really(well I wouldn't rush to change them if I could), but I do smoke, and I do drink red wine, and coffee.

I also won a teeth whitening session with a local beautician, and did this, so I do have something to compare to.

On both occasions, I didn't notice a major difference but when I see photos I can see the big difference.

I managed to get the teeth trays to fit well, with a few attempts. I think I was wanting them very snug but I guess they won't be as they need to be able to get take the gel and wrap it around the teeths. It has not really hurt me at all, maybe slightly sensitive but really nothing at all.

My trick - there is not a chance I would sit and watch tv etc doing this, would never get around to it. So I have it as Parton my bed
