“ New Staff just too much!”

I like the products although I wish they had non meat gelatine capsules in more of them as I avoid meat due to the hormone content as I am treating myself for hormone imbalance. Also the labels never seem to have descriptions on them as to what the product is for.. fine if you know what you want, a minefield for people who may not have researched before hand.


The new staff seem lost with themselves. I had to show a woman where a product was as the staff gave the wrong packaging description and insisted it was out of stock.. I overheard and having used it before knew roughly where to look so pointed BEHIND ME to the woman - who was stood NEXT to me with the baffled assistant. The guy was way too pushy at the till pressing everyone to have their loyalty card scanned then demanding names addresses etc from shocked customers who told him they had no such card. I stopped him in his tracks before he could even ask and told him I didn't have on me, or need a new card.
