Once I came accross the website I liked how easy it was to view all of the packages. I was impressed with how quickly an agent rings you to discuss your interest but what I would remind agents is that the phonecall is designed to be descriptive, not heavily sales orientated.

My only other concern, was that I was only given 24 hours to contact everyone in the group and check they were happy with the package/price, and given the nature of stag/hen groups where you have drop-outs etc you need more time to make sure you have the correct number so you dont pay the penalty.

Apart from that I was very happy with the service and impressed with how efficiently the weekend ran whilst there.
