I used it in Qatar. Had a small issue with amending the date but they came back to me explianed there was a system issue. After that all was perfect. I even got a car upgrade when I arrived in Doha which was cool. Price was good, car was clean, service was very good. The area for development would be the speed of service at the counter. It took a long while to get the papers done. This should be pre-prepared on advance in fact,
